The singer-songwriter born in Amarillo (Texas, United States) brilliantly represents country music from the “Lone Star State”: solid instrumental, electric guitar brilliantly standing out (in this case mastered by Rob McNelley), powerful voice, energetic rock immune to annoying frills slipping in.
The record is produced by Watson himself along with Marshall Altman, who has already collaborated with Frankie Ballard and Brad Paisley. Altman is also listed as the author (along with the CD master and Heather Morgan) of the track called "Rolling Stone".
