To record “The Ice Queen”, the Canadian (American by adoption) Sue Foley has used musical contributions by excellent musicians (above all Mike Flanigin, on the Hammond organ and producer of the CD) and a top trio of Texan guitarists including Billy F Gibbons (from the band ZZTop), Jimmie Vaughan and Charlie Sexton.
The result is a total of 53 minutes of basic rock which is clean, sometimes powerful and, of course, often features the guitar.
