After embarking on his career in 1977, John Anderson released his first record in 1980. Despite a healthy back catalogue, it took the 2020 album ”Years” to notably increase his circle of admirers.
Although he draws on country music, Anderson is a multifaceted singer-songwriter, and the creator of smooth ballads that draw you in.
The ten tracks were written by Anderson with Dan Auerbach, who also features as producer and guitarist, as well as being the owner of record label Easy Eye Sound, for whom this excellent album was recorded.
