BLUES TRAVELER

Traveler's Blues (2021)

For the 2021 disc work "Traveler's Blues", the Blues Traveler surrounded themselves with renowned guests and reinterpreted some famous compositions.
To perform "Roadhouse Blues" (which opened the 1970 album "Morrison Hotel" by The Doors) they called the harmonica player Mickey Raphael, for "Sittin' On Top Of The World" (by Walter Vinson and Lonnie Chatmon) the guitarist Warren Haynes, for "Trouble In Mind" (by Richard M. Jones) the excellent musician Keb' Mo', for "Ball And Chain" (by Big Mama Thornton) the guitarist Christone Kingfish Ingram and others.
"Traveler's Blues" is dedicated to guitarist Eddie Van Halen, who passed away on October 6, 2020.
