Human Decency (2024)

Sugaray Rayford (whose real name is Caron Nimoy Rayford) is a Texas singer and songwriter who began performing from the age of seven at the Bethel Temple Church Of God in Tyler, Texas, and has been a member of such ensembles as Aunt Kizzy's Boyz and The Mannish Boys.
To his solo debut "Blind Alley" (2011) and his successful, multi-award-winning albums "Somebody Save Me" (2019) and "In Too Deep" (2022) he can add the vibrant "Human Decency".
This record, officially released on June 14, 2024, manages to combine in an explosive blend abundant doses of soul, blues, R&B and funk while adding measured insertions of pleasing pop.
"Human Decency" is produced by singer-songwriter (and longtime Rayford collaborator) Eric Corne (he appears on works by Walter Trout, John Mayall, Sam Morrow, and Joe Louis Walker), who is also present at the writing of the nine tracks as well as responsible for engineering and mixing the album.
