FOO FIGHTERS
Medicine At Midnight (2021)
With a cheeky preview given by the gritty single “Shame Shame”, the Foo Fighters’ recent album “Medicine At Midnight” (officially launched on 5th February 2021) brings just over 30 minutes of pure gratification to anyone looking for beefy, linear rock with no frills.
The nine tracks of the CD by the US sextet which formed in 1994 in Seattle (all composed by the complete band) represent the very best that rock can offer with its incisive sound sung with passion, played with vehement zeal and beaming with sunny pleasure.
The choir is completed by Violet, the young daughter (born 2006) of David Eric “Dave” Grohl, multi-instrumentalist and former drummer of Nirvana as well as the founder and frontman of the Foo Fighters.
